Update 0.0.2

A smallish update, to fix up a few things I think needed fixing.

~ Tweaked player movement. The slide in the first version was a bit too good if you knew how to use it, and essentially let you skip the entire game. Now it's a bit more reasonable, and player movement is still satisfying to pull off.

~ Modified some levels. In particular the fist starting ship level has had it's enemy count reduced (it was a bit to tough for an intro level), and the Old Warlords have gotten a new arena, which should make the boss fight more challenging.

- Fixed a few bugs, including one where equipping an item that grants summon slots would only actually grant the slots after scene is changed.
