update 0.2.4

This reasonably large update bring more replay ability, as well as a few bugfixes. 

+ Added the ability to permanently unlock weapons to start with on subsequent runs. At the moment, this is done by killing the second and final boss with the weapon you wish to unlock. Later on, this will be changed to the third boss, and I will also likely add special weapons awarded for beating the game in no-hit mode and for unlocking all other guns. This should hopefully give players a more long - term goal for replaying in trying to unlock every gun.

~ Fixed a bug that made it so that when you start a new game after winning, the level does not reset, infinitely sending the player through the bio - labs until the game runs out of levels to choose and crashes.

~ Fixed the android's dialogue breaking in the regular part 2 levels, and added a few extra lines.
